Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days.

Shipments or deliveries will occur Monday to Saturday. Shipments or deliveries will not occur on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Shipments or Deliveries are at the jurisdiction or Royal Mail. During periods or high volume orders, customers will be contacted via email stating any changes to lead time of shipment or delivery.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Four Pillars does not currently offer tracking numbers due to Royal Mail not provided tracking numbers for standard deliveries

Customs, duties, and taxes

Four Pillars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Four Pillars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy currently does not offer International Shipping or Deliveries

Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at operated by Four Pillars.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 28 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card or debit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card or debit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 28 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
